Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve, comprising: a valve body (10), wherein the valve body (10) forms a valve cavity and is provided with a valve port (101); an outer casing (90), wherein the outer casing (90) is directly or indirectly connected to the valve body (10); a rotor assembly (40), wherein the rotor assembly (40) comprises a rotor (41) and a screw shaft (44), and the screw shaft (44) is provided with a male thread portion (44a) and a screw-shaft stepped portion (441) and can contact and cooperate with the outer casing (90) directly or indirectly; a support frame (50), wherein the support frame (50) is fixedly connected to the valve body (10) directly or indirectly and has an end landing portion (511) cooperating with the screw-shaft stepped portion (441); and a core assembly (60) comprising a nut (61), wherein the nut (61) has a female thread portion (60a) cooperating with the male thread portion (44a), and the core assembly (60), by means of the cooperation between the male thread portion (44a) and the female thread portion (60a), is axially moved up and down to move towards or away from the valve port (101). In the present structure of the product, the support frame (50) cooperates with the screw shaft (44) that directly or indirectly cooperates with the outer casing (90), thereby limiting the movement of the screw shaft (44) as well as that of the rotor (41) in an axial direction, and reducing an axial dimension of the product and a driving force of a coil. As a result, the electronic expansion valve can be miniaturized, and manufacturing costs can be reduced.
