An electronic expansion valve and a refrigeration device. The electronic expansion valve comprises a valve housing (100) and a first conduit (200). The valve housing (100) is provided with a valve cavity (101) and a valve port (102) communicated with the valve cavity (101); the valve housing (100) comprises a valve seat (110); the valve seat (110) comprises a seat body (111) and a connecting protrusion (112) protruding out of the seat body (111); the valve port (102) is arranged in a penetrating manner from the seat body (111) to the connecting protrusion (112); the seat body (111) and the connecting protrusion (112) are integrally formed; the first conduit (200) is connected to the valve seat (110) and is communicated with the valve cavity (101) by means of the valve port (102); the inner diameter of the first conduit (200) is greater than or equal to 5 mm, and/or the wall thickness of the first conduit (200) is greater than or equal to 0.5 mm. The structure of the electronic expansion valve reduces noise of the electronic expansion valve, so that the use experience of a user is improved.
