Abstract:
An electronic expansion valve and an installation method therefor. The electronic expansion valve comprises: a valve seat assembly (10); a nut assembly (20), the nut assembly (20) comprising a small diameter section (21) and a large diameter section (22) connected in sequence, the large-diameter section (22) being connected to the valve seat assembly (10), the small-diameter section (21) having a first stopper protrusion (211), and the large diameter section (22) having a second stopper protrusion (221); a valve needle assembly (30), the valve needle assembly (30) passing through the nut assembly (20) and having a lower end provided with a valve needle section (33) and an upper end threadedly connected to the nut assembly (20); and a rotor assembly (40), the rotor assembly (40) having a top fixedly connected to the valve needle assembly (30) and driving the valve needle assembly (30) to rotate, the rotor assembly (40) having a third stopper protrusion (41), the third stopper protrusion (41) protruding inward from a position away from the bottom of the rotor assembly (40), when the electronic expansion valve is fully opened, the third stopper protrusion (41) abutting against the first stopper protrusion (211), and when the electronic expansion valve is fully closed, the third stopper protrusion (41) abutting against the second stopper protrusion (221). The problem of large noise during operation of the electronic expansion valve in the prior art is solved.
