Abstract:
This electronic device includes: a first connector provided to a first unit; a socket provided to a second unit and to/from which the first unit attaches/detaches; a lock mechanism which fixes the first unit to the socket; a second connector which electrically connects to the first connector by making contact with the first connector; a connector holder which holds the second connector; a connector holder shift mechanism which shifts the connector holder; and a link mechanism which links the lock mechanism and the connector holder shift mechanism such that the second connector makes contact with the first connector after fixing of the first unit to the socket is completed, and such that the second connector separates from the first connector before the fixing of the first unit to the socket is released.
