Abstract:
An electronic device, comprising: a first circuit board (401), a second circuit board (402) and a third circuit board (403) which are fixedly welded together, the second circuit board (402) being located between the first circuit board (401) and the third circuit board (403); a first electronic component (412) provided in an accommodating cavity of the second circuit board (402); underfill (433) wrapping solder balls between the first circuit board (401) and the first electronic component (412); the third circuit board (403) comprising a first through hole (442), the first through hole (442) being a filling channel of the underfill (433), the underfill (433) passing through the first through hole (442) and being filled between the first circuit board (401) and the first electronic component (412); a power supply, supplying power to the first circuit board (401), the second circuit board (402) and the third circuit board (403). The electronic device is able to improve the mechanical stability of a circuit board assembly.
