Abstract:
An electronic device such that the production cost is low, the setting values are selected freely, and any one of the multiple setting values can be set as an operating condition with a simple setting. A digital camera (1) comprises a first operation switch (for example, a shutter dial (2)) for allowing the user to select either a first state in which one setting value (for example, the shutter speed) is assigned or a second state in which a plurality of setting values are assigned, a liquid crystal monitor (9) for displaying the setting values assigned to the second state when the second state is selected with the operating switch, and a second operating switch (for example, an auxiliary dial (7)) for allowing the user to select one of the setting values displayed on the liquid crystal monitor(9).
