Abstract:
This electronic device comprises one or more processors, which: input, into a voice recognition model, a user voice signal corresponding to a user voice received through a microphone, so as to perform voice recognition while the electronic device is operating in a voice recognition mode; acquire environmental information in the vicinity of the electronic device while the user voice is received according to the results of voice recognition; store the acquired environmental information in a memory; identify an external device for outputting a user voice for learning from among a plurality of external devices on the basis of the environmental information from among a plurality of pieces of environmental information stored in the memory, while the electronic device is operating in a learning mode; control a communication interface such that commands for controlling the output of the user voice for learning are transmitted to the external device; and, if a user voice signal for learning is received from the microphone, train the voice recognition model on the user voice signal for learning.
