Title:
ELECTRONIC DEVICE PERFORMING DIELECTRIC HEATING AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/214660
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
An electronic device, according to one embodiment, may comprise: at least one capacitor; a coil connected to at least a portion of the at least one capacitor; a driving device including a structure for adjusting the length of the coil; a source that supplies AC power to the at least one capacitor; a detector configured to detect a phase difference between an output voltage and an output current of the source; and a controller. The controller may control the source so as to supply a first power for heating food disposed between electrodes constituting the at least one capacitor while the structure of the driving device is in a first state. The coil may be of a first length while the structure of the driving device is in the first state. The controller may check the phase difference between the output voltage and the output current detected by the detector while the first power is supplied. The controller may be configured to cause the driving device to change the structure of the driving device from the first state to a second state different from the first state on the basis of the phase difference while controlling the source so as to maintain the supply of the first power. While the structure of the driving device is in the second state, the coil may be of a second length different from the first length.
