Abstract:
The present disclosure proposes a method and an electronic device, in which: on the basis of identification that Wi-Fi communication is not performed, the entire SAR margin assigned for a first period to the electronic device is assigned to cellular communication; on the basis that the Wi-Fi communication is performed, and a value of an accumulated SAR consumed due to performing of the Wi-Fi communication is identified to be equal to or smaller than a threshold value, a first amount in the SAR margin assigned for the first period is assigned to the Wi-Fi communication, and the remainder obtained after excluding the first amount is assigned to the cellular communication; and on the basis that the Wi-Fi communication is performed, and the value of the accumulated SAR consumed due to performing of the Wi-Fi communication is identified to exceed the threshold value, a second amount that is greater than the first amount in the SAR margin assigned for the first period is assigned to the Wi-Fi communication, and the remainder obtained after excluding the second amount is assigned to the cellular communication. Various other embodiments are possible.
