Abstract:
An electronic device according to various embodiments may include a camera, a communication module, and a processor, wherein the processor: extracts, from an image acquired from the camera, a portion of the image including objects; determines a primary object that is a target of search, among the objects within the image; determines a secondary object associated with the primary object, among other objects within the image; generates an image query including a portion of the image including the primary object and/or the secondary object and a request for information associated with the primary object; and transmits the image query to a server through the communication module. Various other embodiments are possible.
