Abstract:
An electronic device (100) and a drive mechanism thereof. A housing assembly (10) of the electronic device (100) comprises a first housing (11) and a second housing (12) which are slidably connected; a first part (21) of a flexible display screen (20) is fixedly connected to the first housing (11) and is exposed out of the housing assembly (10), and the second housing (12) can slide relative to the first housing (11), so that a second part (22) can be concealed in the housing assembly (10) or at least partially exposed out of the housing assembly (10); a first rotating wheel (31) of a driving assembly (30) is rotatably arranged on the second housing (12), the second part (22) is wound on the first rotating wheel (31), and the second rotating wheel (32) can rotate relative to the first rotating wheel (31) and apply acting force to the end portion of the second part (22) distant from the first part (21). According to the electronic device (100), the driving assembly (30) comprising the first rotating wheel (31) and the second rotating wheel (32) is used to drive the flexible display screen (20) to extend and retract, so that the arrangement of the first rotating wheel (31) and the second rotating wheel (32) improves the space utilization rate of the electronic device (100).
