Disclosed is an electronic device comprising wirings. The electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention, which comprises a plurality of wirings carrying DC power and at least one RF signal, may comprise: an RF transmission unit that transmits the RF signal and a power transmission unit that transmits the DC power. The power transmission unit may include: a first power wiring including a conductive material; a second power wiring that includes a conductive material and is electrically separated from the first wiring in a first direction; a third power wiring disposed in parallel to the second power wiring between the first and second power wirings and disposed to be electrically separated from the second power wiring; and at least one via that electrically connects the first power wiring and the third power wiring.
