Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electronic brake device that can improve responsiveness by securing sufficient magnetic force to move a plunger at the beginning of application of power, the device comprising: a coil assembly which generates a magnetic field when power is applied; a yoke which is provided to at the front end of the coil assembly and induces a magnetic field; a core which is provided at the rear end of the coil assembly and magnetized by a magnetic field; a plunger which is movably installed at the front end of the yoke and moves toward the magnetized core when power is applied; and a disc which is provided between the yoke and the plunger and is braked or released from braking when the plunger moves. Here, the yoke and the core are formed to surround the coil assembly, such that at least a portion of the coil assembly is exposed toward the plunger.
