Abstract:
An electromagnetic wave detector (100) is provided with: a first photosensitization layer (2a); a first electrode portion (4a); a first insulation layer (3a); a two-dimensional material layer (1); a second electrode portion (4b); and a second photosensitization layer (2b). The first insulation layer (3a) is provided on the first photosensitization layer (2a). The two-dimensional material layer (1) is provided on the first insulation layer (3a). The two-dimensional material layer (1) is electrically connected with the first photosensitization layer (2a). The first photosensitization layer (2a) is connected with the two-dimensional material layer (1). The second photosensitization layer (2b) has an absorption maximum in a wavelength region different from that of the first photosensitization layer (2a). The second photosensitization layer (2b) can cause a voltage change in the wavelength region different from that of the first photosensitization layer (2a). The first insulation layer (3a) is disposed between the first photosensitization layer (2a) and the two-dimensional material layer (1).
