Abstract:
The present invention relates to an electromagnetic drive type remote pressure regulating device. The electromagnetic drive type remote pressure regulating device comprises an electromagnet, and a pre-regulating valve and a pilot valve which are integrated into a whole by means of a valve body, wherein the pre-regulating valve pre-decompresses inlet gas that possibly fluctuates, and it is guaranteed that the outlet pressure of the pre-regulating valve is always larger than the outlet pressure of a pressure regulator; and the electromagnet is arranged on the side of the pilot valve at an outlet of a main pressure regulator, and an ejector rod of the electromagnet directly acts on the side of the pilot valve communicating with the outlet of the main pressure regulator, so that a balance equation of a valve clack of the pilot valve is: a spring force of the pilot valve is equal to the outlet pressure of the main pressure regulator plus an electromagnetic force. The present invention uses a mechanical-electromagnetic combined control structure, so that it is effectively guaranteed that a director can be remotely controlled without exhaust, and meanwhile, the system security after power loss is further considered.
