Abstract:
An electromagnetic clutch including an armature unit (12) which transmits the
rotation of a rotor (112) to the spindle (20) of a driven device when the electromagnetic
clutch is turned on. The armature unit (12) comprises a connection plate (122)
integrally rotating with the spindle (20), an armature plate (123) disposed
between the connection plate (122) and the rotor (112), and a plurality of leaf
springs (124) connecting the connection plate (122) to the armature plate (123).
Each of the leaf springs (124) is formed by mutually overlapping a plurality of
spring strips (124a, 124b) with each other.
