Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain an inexpensive electromagnetic brake device and winding machine that have excellent versatility. The electromagnetic brake device according to this invention comprises an armature, a field, and a braking spring that is placed between the armature and the field and that presses the armature away from the field. The field is configured from a plurality of units, and each of the plurality of units is configured having a core and a coil mounted on the core.
