Abstract:
Provided is an electrode assembly including a negative electrode structure and multiple positive electrodes. The negative electrode structure includes a first and a second separator, and a lithium metal layer interposed between the first and the second separator. The negative electrode structure is divided, according to the position in an electrode assembly, into multiple stack parts, multiple folding parts, and a first and a second wrapping part. In the negative electrode structure, stack parts and folding parts are alternatively disposed between the first and second wrapping parts, which are disposed at the respective ends, and the first and the second wrapping part are each in contact with a stack part. The electrode assembly has multiple stack parts sequentially arranged side by side in the thickness direction, due to the folding parts, and has at least one positive electrode between stack parts adjacent to each other in the thickness direction. The electrode assembly has a structure in which the outer surfaces thereof in the thickness direction and the longitudinal direction are surrounded by the first and the second wrapping part or the first and the second wrapping part and at least one outmost stack part.
