Abstract:
An electrode assembly (23), a battery cell (20), a battery (100) and an electric device. The electrode assembly (23) comprises a plurality of plates (232), each having a first side edge and a second side edge, which are opposite each other in a first direction, wherein at least one of the first side edge and the second side edge has a tab; and separators (233), arranged in an alternating manner with the plurality of plates (232), wherein each separator (233) is configured to be thermally insulated from at least one of the first side edge and the second side edge, and/or each separator (233) is configured to be thermally insulated from the outermost layer of each of the plurality of plates (232).
