Abstract:
The present invention proposes an electrocardiogram (ECG)-based method capable of recommending a menu appropriate for the real-time health status of a user. The method may comprise the steps of: acquiring a ECG signal measured for a user; by analyzing the ECG signal using pre-trained artificial intelligence (AI), identifying one or more deficient nutrients and excess nutrients corresponding to the health status of the user; and configuring a menu containing one or more foods by which the identified deficient nutrients may be supplemented and the identified excess nutrients may be avoided. Through the present invention, a user may receive a recommendation for a menu which is optimized on the basis of the health status of the user at that point in time, simply by means of only an ECG measurement.
