Abstract:
An electro-hydraulic servo booster cylinder, comprising: an electro-hydraulic servo booster cylinder body, a thrust oil chamber (6) and a second pressurization oil chamber being provided in sequence on the pressurization oil circuit of the electro-hydraulic servo booster cylinder body; the booster cylinder further comprises a pressure release valve (30), the pressure release valve (30) being in communication with the second pressurization oil chamber. The pressurization oil circuit pressurizes the oil in stages by means of the serially provided pressurization devices, and the pressure release valve (30) communicates a low-pressure oil chamber with a high-pressure oil chamber, being able to quickly release the pressure during working, and meanwhile push, by means of the thrust of reflow oil, the return stroke of the piston of the low pressure oil chamber, shortening the return stroke time of said piston , providing high efficiency; a limit switch (25) is configured to detect the positions of a fast forward piston rod (17) and a pressurization piston rod (23), so as to protect same and accelerate and decelerate in advance, thereby shortening the operation cycle; and an oil replenishing cup (40) is provided to replenish the consumed oil in a timely manner, and the oil volume and quality within the oil cup is easy to observe, reminding the operator to replenish or replace oil in a timely manner, so as to prevent the machine from failures, such as performance decrease and abnormal heat emitting, caused by lack of oil or an oil quality problem.
