Abstract:
One embodiment of the electrically driven actuator of the present invention is provided with: a motor having a motor shaft extending along a center axis; a speed reduction mechanism connected to the motor shaft; an output section having an output shaft; a rotation detection device for detecting the rotation of the output section; a case; a first bearing for rotatably connecting the motor shaft and the output section; and a second bearing for rotatably supporting the output section relative to the case. A portion of the inner surface of the case, which is located on one axial side of the speed reduction mechanism, is provided with a support cylinder in which the second bearing is fitted. The first bearing, the output section, the second bearing, and the support cylinder are provided at positions overlapping each other when viewed in a radial direction. At least part of the rotation detection device is disposed at a position facing the outside, in the radial direction, of the support cylinder.
