Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an electrical isolation switch and a switching layer thereof, and a multi-switching-layer assembly and an arc extinguishing method. The electrical isolation switch comprises a housing assembly, and an electrical contact assembly that is applicable to control over state switching of the electrical isolation switch. The electrical isolation switch deflects, by using a magnetic field generation element, an electric arc that is generated when the state of the electrical isolation switch is switched, and physical intervention is then performed by means of a narrow space that is provided on a deflection path of the electric arc, such that the electric arc is quickly thinned and elongated, thereby realizing quick arc extinguishing.
