[Problem] To improve installability of an electric vehicle driving device in an electric vehicle. [Solution] This electric vehicle driving device is provided with: a first electric motor 4 which is disposed on the inner side of a left-and-right pair of side members 2 in an electric vehicle 10 comprising a chassis frame 1, and which supplies driving force from a first output shaft 21 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle; and a second electric motor 5 that supplies driving force from a second output shaft 22 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. Between the first electric motor 4 and the second electric motor 5, a shifting mechanism 6 is provided that comprises a first shifting input shaft 23 that is connected to the first output shaft 21, a second shifting input shaft 24 that is connected to the second output shaft 22, a shifting unit 25 that shifts driving force, and a shifting output shaft 30 that outputs driving force. The electric vehicle driving device further comprises a propeller shaft 7 that extends in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and is connected to the shifting output shaft 30, and a differential 8 that distributes driving force to left and right drive wheels 9.
