Disclosed is an electric valve, comprising a nut assembly (5), a valve seat assembly (4) and a sleeve (6). The nut assembly comprises a plastic member (51) and a connecting portion (52); the sleeve is fixedly connected to the connecting portion; the valve seat assembly comprises a first valve seat portion (41); the first valve seat portion comprises a supporting portion (412) and a press-fit portion (411); the lower end part of the connecting portion abuts against the supporting portion, so that the supporting portion limits the position of the connecting portion; at least part of the press-fit portion abuts against the connecting portion, and at least part of the press-fit portion is located above the connecting portion, so that the press-fit portion limits the position of the connecting portion. The positions of the connecting portion and the valve seat assembly are limited by means of the press-fit portion. Such an arrangement is conducive to simplifying the connection between the nut assembly and the valve seat assembly.
