Abstract:
An electric valve control method and apparatus. The control method comprises the following steps: setting a corresponding set torque according to requirements of stages of processes of opening and closing a valve; using the set torque as an output torque or a output torque limit to drive an alternating-current asynchronous motor to perform a corresponding valve opening or closing action; measuring a real-time torque of the operation of the alternating-current asynchronous motor or valve; using the set torque as input and the real-time torque as feedback to correct the output torque by using a PID control algorithm, so as to adjust the response speed and control accuracy of the output torque according to the real-time torque; and during the processes of opening and closing the valve, repeating the steps of measurement and correction until the valve is open or closed, so as to implement torque closed-loop control of the opening or closing operation of the valve. Further comprised is an electric valve control apparatus for implementing the opening or closing of an electric valve by using the method.
