Abstract:
An electric valve as well as a driving motor and a torque calibration device thereof. The electric valve comprises a valve (1), a driving motor (3), a transmission device (2) and a driver (4), the driving motor (3) being connected to the valve (1) by means of the transmission device (2), and the driver (4) being mounted on the driving motor (3) and controlling the opening and closing of the valve (1) by means of the driving motor (3). The driving motor (3) comprises a torque calibration device (5) detachably connected thereto. The torque calibration device comprises: a housing (51); an end cover (52), mounted at one end of the housing (51); a connection flange (53), mounted at the other end of the housing (51); a torque sensor (54), mounted in the housing (51); a connection adapter (55), mounted and supported on the connection flange (53), one end of the connection adapter (55) being connected to the torque sensor (54), and the other end of the connection adapter (55) being detachably connected to a tail end of a motor shaft (31) of the driving motor (3); and a signal box (56), mounted on the end cover (52) and connected to the torque sensor (54). The device may realize accurate control of valve closing torque.
