The present invention relates to an electric push rod, in particular, to a large-load high-precision electric push rod. The electric push rod comprises a reduction gearbox and a guide tube assembly fixed outside the reduction gearbox; the guide tube assembly comprises a guide tube body; the guide tube body is provided with a plurality of fixing holes extending in the length direction of the guide tube body; the guide tube body is tightened and fixed to the reduction gearbox by means of first bolts and the ends of the first bolts are pressed into the fixing holes; an inner backing plate is provided between the inner end of the guide tube body and the reduction gearbox; the hardness of the inner backing plate is greater than that of the guide tube body; the inner backing plate is limited between an end surface of the reduction gearbox and an end surface of the guide tube body; a first through channel for a lead screw to pass through and first matching holes for receiving the first bolts are formed in the middle of the inner backing plate. The present invention has the advantages of being capable of bearing large loads, and having higher installation precision, less noise during use, and higher stability.
