Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric power steering device (1) that is equipped with a first housing (24, 224) supporting an output shaft (13) that rotates along with a driven member (21), with a first bearing (27, 227) therebetween, and a second housing (25, 125, 225) rotatably supporting a driving member (20). The first housing (24, 224) includes an eccentrically engaging section (34, 234) that is eccentric to a first bearing holding section (33, 233), which holds the first bearing (27, 227). The eccentrically engaging section (34, 234) engages with the engaging section (36, 236) of the second housing (25, 125, 225). When the center-to-center distance (D) between the driving member (20) and the driven member (21) is adjusted, the eccentrically engaging section (34, 234) of the first housing (24, 224) is rotated in relation to the engaging section (36, 236) of the second housing (25, 125, 225).
