Abstract:
Disclosed in the present utility model are an electric heating vaporization mechanism and a high-temperature steam generation device. The high-temperature steam generation device comprises the electric heating vaporization mechanism, a water supply mechanism, a pressurizing device, a controller, a steam output pipeline, a first temperature sensor, and a second temperature sensor; the electric heating vaporization mechanism comprises a main heater and an evaporation pipe which is wound after many times of bending; the water supply mechanism, the pressurizing device, the evaporation pipe and the steam output pipeline are communicated with each other in sequence; the pressurizing device, the main heater, the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor are electrically connected to the controller, respectively; the first temperature sensor is used for acquiring the temperature of the evaporation pipe; the second temperature sensor is used for acquiring the temperature of the steam output pipeline; the controller is used for controlling the heating power of the main heater according to the temperature values fed back by the first temperature sensor and the second temperature sensor. The present utility model can improve the temperature raising efficiency in a chamber, increase heating power, facilitate implementation of multiple heating modes, and avoid uneven temperature distribution in the chamber.
