Abstract:
An electric field unit (2000, 710, 910), an electric field adsorption device (200, 800, 1000, 1100, 1200) and an electric field device (20, 700, 80). The electric field unit (2000, 710, 910) is provided with a channel (2110, 711, 911) extending in an axial direction, a plurality of side walls (2120, 712, 812, 912, 1010, 1110) are formed around the channel (2110, 711, 911), the plurality of side walls (2120, 712, 812, 912, 1010, 1110) are sequentially connected by means of connectors, at least one of the side walls (2120, 712, 812, 912, 1010, 1110) is provided with a gas inlet (213, 713, 813) for gas to enter the channel (2110, 711, 911), and at least one of the side walls (2120, 712, 812, 912, 1010, 1110) is provided with a gas outlet (214, 714, 814) for the gas to flow out of the channel (2110, 711, 911). The side walls (2120, 712, 812, 912, 1010, 1110) connected by means of the connectors can achieve standardized and mass production with convenient machining and high efficiency; and the connectors are simple to connect and assemble, are detachable, and are convenient for packaging and transportation.
