Claims:
CLAIMS An operation of an electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism, characterized in that it comprises the process steps of

Creating the rotor windings of the motor by wrapping copper cables to the rotor (4) on the worm gear threaded shaft (5) in the operation of the electric motor,

Placing the magnets into the motor casing (2), applying electricity to the commutator (3) on the worm gear threaded shaft (5) by means of brushes,

Transmitting the electric current from the commutator (3) to the rotor (4) and creating a magnetic field, the magnetic field created in the rotor (4) of the invention has an effect in a way that the magnets in the inner part of the motor casing (2) will continuously coincide with the magnetic field and thus the worm gear threaded shaft (5) moving,

In the operation of the reducer mechanism, the reducer mechanism consists of worm gears and planet gears,

Transferring the rotation movement of the invention to the stepped sun gear (6) consisting of the worm gear and the sun gear with more than one thread through the worm gear threaded shaft (5),

Transferring the rotation movement transferred to the stepped sun gear (6) to the planet gears (7) with more than one thread and the external gear (1 1 ),

The drive outlet section (8), which is fixed and bedded with the gear shafts (9) and segments (10), gives the rotation being slowed depending on the ratios of the gears in the reduction mechanism out of the reducer. 6 rotating shaft, a reducer comprising a gear mechanism to reduce the speed of the rotating shaft and to give the rotation movement with reduced speed, and it essentially consists of Motor Casing Cover (1 ), Motor Casing (2), Commutator (3), Rotor (4), Worm Gear Threaded Shaft (5), Stepped Sun Gear (6), Planet Gear (7), Drive Outlet Section (8), Gear Shaft (9), Shaft Segment (10), External Gear (11 ), Lower Cover (12), and Upper Cover (13). An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the motor casing cover (1 ) is the part that supports the worm gear threaded shaft (5) in the invention and holds it inside the system and closes the rear part of the motor casing (2) and protects it from external factors. An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the motor casing (2) comprises strong magnets which are necessary for the movement of the electric motor in the motor casing (2), and brushes (charcoals) that supply electricity to the commutator (3), and fixes the magnets and charcoals and protects them from external effects. An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the commutator (3) is a spacer in the invention, which delivers the electricity from the brushes to the windings in the rotor (5). An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the rotor (4) is the part that forms the rotor winding by winding copper cables in the invention and rotates within the magnetic field in the motor casing (1 ) by transmitting electricity from the commutator (3). An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the worm gear threaded shaft (5) is the section that includes the fixed commutator (3) and the rotor (4), transfers the rotation movement in the magnetic field inside the motor casing (1 ) to the reducer mechanism with the worm gears by applying electric to the rotor (4). An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the stepped sun gear (6) is a stepped gear consisting of two different gears in the invention, the stepped sun gear (6) consists of a worm gear with multiple threads and a sun gear with multiple threads, it is a gear that transmits the rotation movement from the worm gear threaded shaft (5) to the planet gear (7) group, and the number of threads, types, and dimensions of the threads in the stepped sun

An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the drive outlet section (8) is the section that slows down the rotation movement from the electric motor of the invention and transmits it to the outside of the reducer after the torque increases, it is fixed to the planet gears with the gear shaft (9) and segments (10), and it allows the planet gear system in the reducer mechanism to be supported between the lower cover (12) and the upper cover (13) and the system to operate easily. An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the gear shaft (9) is the connection part to connect the planet gears (7) to the drive outlet section (8) in the invention and allows the reducer mechanism to operate easily by supporting the planet gears (7). An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the shaft segment (10) is the connection part that fixes the gear shafts (9) to connect the planet gears (7) and drive outlet section (8) in the invention. An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the external gear (1 1 ) is the gear with multiple threads, in which the planet gears (7) move and the number of the external gear (1 1 ) threads, types and dimensions of the threads may differ according to the design. An electric chair movement motor with the reducer mechanism according to claim 3, characterized in that the lower cover (12) is the part that contains the external gear (11 ), the slot of the worm gear threaded shaft (5) and the stepped sun gear (6) and supports them in the invention, and it includes the mounting holes for protecting the reducer mechanism from external factors with the upper cover (13) and for easy mounting. ELECTRIC CHAIR MOVEMENT MOTOR WITH REDUCER MECHANISM

The invention is an electric chair movement motor with a reducer mechanism that has a usage area related to the automotive and furniture sectors in the industry for slowing down the driving force generated by a power source and transmitting the slowed drive force to a movable portion of a chair.

THE STATE OF THE ART

Traditionally, an electric motor with a reducer mechanism is used as the drive source of an electric chair movement device to be mounted on a vehicle. The motor with reducer mechanism is designed to be a small and high-strength drive source for mounting to the vehicle.

The motor with the reducer mechanism comprises a motor unit with a rotating shaft and a gear unit with a speed reduction mechanism. The system is designed to increase torque by reducing rotation movement from the shaft of the motor.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention is an electric chair movement device motor with a reducer mechanism that has a usage area related to the automotive and furniture sectors in the industry, comprising a motor unit having a rotating shaft for slowing down the driving force generated by a power source and transmitting the slowed drive force to a movable portion of a chair and a gear mechanism for reducing the speed of the rotating shaft and giving the rotation movement with reduced speed.

OBJECTS AND BENEFITS OF THE INVENTION

The object of the invention is to produce a compact and easy-to-assemble chair movement motor with a reducer consisting of a high-efficiency gear mechanism.

The reduction mechanism of the invention uses a different gear design than the products used in the market. The invention includes worm gears that can work at high reduction rates and high speeds and planet gears consisting of the fixed ring gear and pinion gears rotating around this fixed gear.

In planet gears, the higher number of pinion gears enables higher torque transfer as well as more homogeneous load distribution.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

In order to realize the said operation methods, the invention consists of a reducer including a motor unit with a rotating shaft, a gear mechanism for reducing the speed of the rotating shaft and giving the rotation movement with reduced speed, essentially, the Motor Casing Cover (1 ), the Motor Casing (2), the Commutator (3), the Rotor (4), the Worm Gear Threaded Shaft (5), the Stepped Sun Gear (6), the Planet Gear (7), the Drive Outlet Section (8), the Gear Shaft (9), the Shaft Segment (I0), the External Gear (1 1 ), the Lower Cover (12), and the Upper Cover (13).

The reduction mechanism in the invention consists of worm gears and planet gears. The rotation movement in the invention is transferred to the stepped sun gear (6), which consists of the worm gear and the sun gear, which have multiple threads through the worm gear threaded shaft (5). The rotation movement transferred to the stepped sun gear (6) is then transferred to the planet gears (7) with multiple gears and to the external gear (1 1 ). The drive outlet section (8), which is fixed and bedded with the gear shafts (9) and segments (10), gives the decelerated rotation out of the reducer depending on the ratios of the gears in the reducer mechanism.

Thanks to the design of the drive outlet mechanism (8) in the invention, the slowed rotation movement taken from the reducer outlet can be taken from the lower cover (12) or the upper cover (13) of the invention. The invention provides ease of assembly to the user thanks to this property.

In the invention, the number of threads of the gears in the reducer mechanism determines how much the slowed rotation movement taken from the reducer outlet will slow down. The number, amount, and types of threads of the worm, planet and sun gears in the reducer mechanism may change depending on the design.

The working principle of the electric motor in the invention is as follows; copper cables are wound to the rotor (4) on the worm gear threaded shaft (5) and the rotor windings of the motor are formed. There are magnets on the inside of the motor casing (2). The commutator (3) on the worm gear threaded shaft (5) is electrically applied by means of brushes. Brushes can be made of copper alloys or they are usually made of carbon alloys. Therefore, DC motor brushes are also called charcoal. The electric current is transmitted from the commutator (3) to the rotor (4), and a magnetic field is created here. The magnetic field created in the rotor (4) of the invention acts in a way that it constantly coincides with the magnetic field of the magnets in the inner part of the motor casing (2) and thus the worm gear threaded shaft (5) is moved.

The motor casing cover (1 ) is the part that supports the worm gear threaded shaft (5) of the invention and holds it in the system. It closes the rear part of the motor casing (2) and protects it from external influences.

The motor casing (2) contains strong magnets and brushes (charcoals) that electrocute the commutator (3), which are necessary for the movement of the electric motor in the motor casing (2). The motor casing secures magnets and brushes and protects them from external influences.

The commutator (3) is the intermediate part that delivers the electricity from the brushes to the windings in the rotor (5).

In the invention, the rotor (4) is the part that forms the rotor winding part by wrapping copper cables on it and rotates in the magnetic field inside the motor casing (1 ) by transmitting electricity from the commutator (3).

The thickness, size, winding type, and properties of the copper cables to be wound on the rotor section and rotor (4) in the invention may vary according to the design to be made.

The worm gear threaded shaft (5) is the section on which the commutator (3) and the rotor (4) are fixed and which transfers the rotation movement in the magnetic field within the motor casing (1 ) by giving electricity to the rotor (4) to the reducer mechanism with the worm gears on it. The stepped sun gear (6) is a stepped gear consisting of two different gears in the invention. The stepped sun gear (6) consists of a worm gear with multiple threads and a sun gear with multiple threads. It is the gear that transmits the rotation movement from the worm gear threaded shaft (5) to the planet gear group (7). The number of threads, types, and dimensions of the threads in the stepped sun gear (6) may vary according to the design.

The planet gear (7) is the gear in the invention with multiple threads that transmit the drive from the stepped sun gear (6) to the external gear (1 1 ) and the drive outlet section (8). The number of planet gears (7), number of threads, types, and dimensions of the threads may vary according to the design.

The drive outlet section (8) is the part that slows down the rotation movement from the electric motor of the invention in the reducer mechanism and transmits it out of the reducer after the torque increases. It is fixed to the planet gears with the gear shaft (9) and shaft segments (10). It allows the planet gear system in the reducer mechanism to be placed between the lower cover (12) and the upper cover (13) and allows the system to operate comfortably.

The gear shaft (9) is the coupling part in the invention that connects the planet gears (7) to the drive outlet section (8). It ensures the easy operation of the reducer mechanism by bearing the planet gears (7).

The shaft segment (10) is the coupling part of the invention that fixes the gear shafts (9) that connect the planet gears (7) and the drive outlet section (8).

The external gear (11 ) is a gear with multiple threads, in which the planet gears (7) move in the invention. The number of threads, thread type, and dimensions of the external gear (1 1 ) may vary according to the design.

The lower cover (12) is the part of the invention that contains the external gear (11 ), has the slot of the worm gear threaded shaft (5), and the stepped sun gear (6) and makes the bearing. It protects the reducer mechanism from external factors together with the upper cover (13). It has mounting holes on it for easy assembly.

The upper cover (13) is the part of the invention that protects the lower cover (12) and the reducer mechanism from external factors. It has mounting holes on it for easy assembly.
