Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an electric brush having pressure compensation for a high-low voltage ring. The electric brush comprises a fixing unit and a carbon brush, wherein the fixing unit comprises a fixing frame and an elastic assembly arranged on the fixing frame, the fixing frame is divided into a first mounting area, a stress supporting area and a second mounting area, the first mounting area and the second mounting area are respectively arranged on two sides of the stress supporting area, and the elastic assembly is arranged in the second mounting area; and the carbon brush is arranged in the first mounting area of the fixing frame and comprises a conductor block and convex columns arranged on two sides of the conductor block. According to the present invention, the fixing unit is an outer shell of the electric brush, limiting installation of the carbon brush can be guaranteed, and continuous and stable pressure can be applied to the carbon brush along with abrasion of the carbon brush under a lever action and by means of the arranged elastic assembly; and the outer shell is provided with a limiting member, so that a downward pressing force on the carbon brush is also achieved while the carbon brush is kept limited, thereby guaranteeing a good contact effect with a sliding ring in a complete service cycle of the carbon brush.
