Abstract:
Disclosed is an electric blending apparatus, comprising a mixing tank (1), a discharge structure, a suction structure, a powder tank (9), an electric control room (14), a stirrer (11), and a screw conveyor (6). The electric blending apparatus further comprises a high-energy blending structure (5) and a diffuser (10), wherein the diffuser (10) is mounted on the mixing tank (1); a suction inlet and a discharge outlet are respectively provided at the left end and the right end of the mixing tank (1); the discharge structure is mounted at one side of the mixing tank (1); the suction structure is mounted on the other side of the mixing tank (1); the suction structure is in communication with the suction inlet of the mixing tank (1) by means of the diffuser (10); the discharge structure and the suction structure are respectively electrically connected to the electric control room (14); the high-energy blending structure (5) is mounted on the suction structure; the lower part of the powder tank (9) is in communication with the high-energy blending structure (5) by means of the screw conveyor (6); and the stirrer (11) is mounted inside the mixing tank (1). The electric blending apparatus has the advantages of greatly improving a blended liquid in terms of quality and effectively ensuring that a blending operation is carried out rapidly.
