Abstract:
An electret according to the present invention contains inorganic particles and a dispersant in a polyolefin resin, and further contains a nitrogen-containing compound. If a is defined as the maximum value of the depolarization current at a temperature of 50-100°C as measured using a TSC technique and b is defined as the maximum value of the depolarization current at a temperature of 100°C or greater as measured using the TSC technique, then the value a/b is 0.3 or less.
