Abstract:
An elastic torsional damper, comprising: an input part (4), an output part (1), and a plurality of elastic parts connected to the input part and the output part. The input part is located in the output part, one end of each elastic part is rotatably connected to the outer side of the input part, and the other end of the elastic part is rotatably connected to the inner side of the output part, each elastic part comprises a plurality of leaf spring groups (6), and the plurality of leaf spring groups are circumferentially arranged between the input part and the output part at equal intervals. The input part and the output part of the elastic torsional damper can swap functions; an engine (or a prime motor) drives the input part to move, the input part drives the output part to move, and when the revolution speed of the engine (or the prime motor) is uneven, the elastic parts generate elastic deformation to realize the torsional damping effect; and when the rigidity of the elastic torsional damper needs to be changed, only the number or the thickness of the elastic parts needs to be changed, such that the size of the elastic torsional damper is not changed, and the elastic torsional damper is not destabilized.
