Abstract:
An elastic piston and a high-pressure pumping system. The elastic piston comprises a piston body (1), the rear end portion of the piston body (1) protruding radially outward to form a protrusion (2), the maximum diameter of the protrusion (2) being greater than the diameter of a piston cavity wall (3), the protrusion (2) on the piston body (1) being able to elastically abut against and contact with the wall surface of the piston cavity wall (3). Under the action of an elastic force, the protrusion (2) adaptively fits the piston cavity wall (3) at all times, eliminating the possibility of gap generation during reciprocating movement of the piston, thereby forming an effective sealing connection, preventing the air from getting into the fluid in the inner cavity of the piston during the movement of the piston by pulling, improving the operation stability of the pump body, prolonging the service life of the pump body, and reducing the risk of failure in use.
