Abstract:
Disclosed is an efficient water-storage-free boiler steam generator, comprising a shell (1), and a metal water pipe (2) and several U-shaped metal heating pipes (3) which are arranged in the shell (1), wherein a water-storage-free metal inner container (4) is also provided inside the shell (1); the several U-shaped metal heating pipes (3) are evenly distributed in a circumferential direction of the metal inner container (4), and there is a gap between the U-shaped metal heating pipes and the metal water pipe (2); the shell (1) is integrally formed from aluminum by way of casting, and the gap is filled therewith; one end of the metal water pipe (2) is provided with a water inlet (5), and the other end thereof extends into the metal inner container (4) to form a first gas outlet (6); and two end portions of each metal heating pipe (3) are both located outside the shell (1), and a second gas outlet (7) in communication with the metal inner container (4) is provided at the top of the shell (1). The efficient water-storage-free boiler steam generator has the advantages of having a high secondary steam generation effect, being energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.
