Abstract:
An efficient water-soluble composite film production device, comprising a cylindrical housing (1), a pressurizing pipe (4), a pressurizing machine, overturning plates (5), a rotating shaft (6), supporting columns (9) and a discharging pipe (10). The housing (1) is provided with an air intake hole connected to the pressurizing pipe (4), a discharging hole connected to the discharging pipe (10), a feeding hopper (2) and a pressure gauge (23). A sealing cover (3) is disposed at a feeding end of the feeding hopper (2); a side end surface of the housing (1) is provided with multiple damping columns used for connecting to multiple supporting columns (9); an air intake pipe opening of the pressurizing pipe (4) is connected to an air outlet end of the pressurizing machine; the rotating shaft (6) is rotationally disposed in the housing (1) and is transmissionally connected to a driving apparatus (13) on the housing (1); the multiple overturning plates (5) are provided on the rotating shaft (6) along the direction of the central axis of the rotating shaft (6); bristles (14) are evenly provided on the end surfaces of each of the overturning plates (5) facing the inner wall of the housing (1), and a plurality of recesses (15) are evenly provided on the end surface of each of the overturning plates (5) facing the direction of rotation of the rotating shaft (6); and a plurality of screening holes (16) are provided on the bottom surface of each recess (15). The device is simple to operate, convenient to use and can efficiently, quickly and uniformly mix raw materials for producing a water-soluble composite film.
