Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of filter presses. Disclosed is an efficient rotary filter press having filter cloths. The efficient rotary filter press having filter cloths comprises a filter press body, filter plates and filter cloth bodies; the filter plates are slidably mounted on the filter press body; a feeding end is embedded in the center of each filter plate; water outlets are formed at the bottom of each filter plate. The center opening of each filter cloth body is sleeved on a feeding end, then a sealing ring is rotated to fix the filter cloth body, and fixing openings are hung on fastening plates, so as to quickly fix the filter cloth body to the filter plate. Thus, a person can conveniently replace or install the filter cloth bodies. When the filter plates filter wastewater, tensioning plates slide by means of a magnetic repulsion force generated by magnetic blocks on adjacent filter plates, so that the filter cloth bodies are tensioned and attached to the filter plates, and thus, the sealing performance is improved to prevent a liquid to be filtered from splashing; moreover, certain gaps are formed between the filter cloth bodies and the filter plates, making it convenient for the liquid to be filtered to pass through the filter cloth bodies and quickly enter the interiors of the filter plates, thereby improving the filtering effect.
