Abstract:
An effective nonlinear optical coefficient optimization method for a lanthanum gallium silicate solid solution crystal. Lanthanum gallium silicate crystals A3BC3D2O14 mainly comprise a lanthanum gallium niobate LGN crystal, a lanthanum gallium tantalate LGT crystal, a lanthanum gallium silicate LGS crystal and the like, and a solid solution crystal is formed by adjusting the proportions of the lanthanum gallium silicate crystal components having a same structure, so that different ions are mixed in polyhedral groups, the polyhedral lattice structure, the distortion degree, the refractive index and the refractive dispersion of the solid solution crystal are changed, thus the phase matching angle is reduced, the nonlinear optical coefficient is improved, and the effective nonlinear optical coefficient is finally optimized.
