Abstract:
An easy-to-return type drill bit, relating to the technical field of drill bits, and comprising a brill bit body (1). The drill bit body (1) comprises a drill bit part (11), a connecting part (12), and a mounting part (13) which are sequentially distributed in an axial direction; the diameter of the connecting part (12) is less than that of the drill bit part (11); a plurality of alloy teeth (2) are provided on the end face of the drill bit part (11) away from the connecting part (12); a plurality of chip flutes (5) are provided on the outer peripheral wall of the drill bit part (11); the plurality of chip flutes (5) are evenly distributed around the axis of the drill bit part (11) in a circumferential direction; each chip flute (5) penetrates from the end of the drill bit part (11) away from the mounting part (13) to the end of the drill bit part (11) close to the mounting part (13); the penetrating directions of the chip flutes (5) are obliquely set along the outer peripheral wall of the drill bit part (11); and an included angle between the penetrating direction of each chip flute (5) and the axis of the drill bit body (1) ranges from 3° to 20°. During punching, the inclination of the chip flutes (5) forms guidance, so that chips are more easily discharged along the chip flutes (5), the chip removal efficiency is higher, and the punching efficiency is higher.
