Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of gearboxes. Disclosed is an easy-to-mount gearbox, comprising a box body, a mounting plate, a box cover I, and a box cover II. The outer walls of the box cover I and the box cover II are provided with a connecting mechanism. A fixing mechanism is provided on the mounting plate. The connecting mechanism comprises a push plate, a push rod, an insertion rod, a sleeve, a limiting sliding plate, a return spring, a clamping plate, a rotating disc, a fixing plate, a connecting plate I, a connecting plate II, a pull ring, a plate through slot, and a slot. The push plate is fixedly mounted on one end of the push rod. The push rod penetrates through the bottom end of the sleeve. Under the action of all mechanisms, it is convenient for personnel to connect and disassemble the box cover I and the box cover II, and an operating space of the personnel in the box body can be expanded by simultaneously opening the box cover I and the box cover II, such that mounting a gear in the box body by the personnel is facilitated, the comfort of the personnel during operation is improved, the working efficiency and operational accuracy of the personnel are improved, and the practicability is strong.
