Abstract:
The present invention relates to an easily-constructible device for connecting a refrigerant pipe and, more specifically, to an easily-constructible device, for connecting a refrigerant pipe, which provides a flare compressing ring supported to move forward and backward in a hollow portion of the connecting nut and an elastic pressing member for elastically pressing the flare compressing ring when the refrigerant pipe is connected to a valve or a nipple by using the connecting nut and the like, thereby preventing an expanded flare part from being torn or broken by an excessive pressing force even though an aluminum pipe is used as the refrigerant pipe and performs an anti-loosening function of a connecting nut while being able to continuously maintain firm airtightness by means of an elastic force, and can be reliably and simply constructed in the site by providing a proper torque notifying means for notifying a user of a rotation-stopping time of the connecting nut. The easily-constructible device for connecting the refrigerant pipe, according to the present invention, connects the refrigerant pipe having the flare part, of which one end portion is formed by being expanded, to the valve or nipple having a pipe connecting part having a first tapered surface, which corresponds to the inclination of the flare part, formed at the front end thereof, and comprises: the connecting nut having a hollow portion penetratively formed therein along the longitudinal direction thereof, and provided with one end portion through which the refrigerant pipe passes and the other end portion having threads on the inner peripheral surface thereof such that the other end portion is screw-coupled to the pipe connecting part; the hollow flare compressing ring having a second tapered surface, which corresponds to the first tapered surface, formed at the front end portion thereof, and supported to move forward and backward in the hollow portion of the connecting nut in a state in which the flare part is interposed between the first tapered surface and the second tapered surface; the elastic pressing member for elastically pressing the flare compressing ring forwards such that the flare part is pressed and fixed while coming into surface contact between the first tapered surface and the second tapered surface; and the proper torque notifying means for notifying the user of the rotation-stopping time of the connecting nut such that the other end portion of the connecting nut can be screw-coupled to the pipe connecting part at a predetermined torque, wherein the proper torque notifying means comprises: a hollow notifying ring press-fitted to the one end portion of the connecting nut; and a hollow push rod of which one end portion comes into contact with the rear end portion of the flare compressing ring and the other end portion comes into contact with the front end portion of the notifying ring, the push rod pushes the notifying ring rearwards when the other end portion of the connecting nut is screw-coupled to the pipe connecting part and the flare compressing ring is moved rearwards, and the notifying ring is separated from the one end portion of the connecting nut when the ring is moved at least a predetermined distance.
