Description:
E-COMMERCE APPLICATION METHOD THROUGH 3D MODELING OF HUMAN IMAGE

TECHNICAL FIELD

The invention relates to an application method of e-commerce through 3D modeling of a human image, which is designed to be used in e-commerce applications of all sectors, especially in the textile sector, enables the virtual dressing, fitting and placement of products on the person through the creation of a real-time 3D dimensional image by entering the one-to-one measurements of the person or by uploading the person's image to the system, brings the comfort and advantages of the real shopping experience to the virtual environment on shopping sites.

BACKGROUND ART

When customers are unable to visit your business, you can stay connected with them by creating online shopping experiences such as virtual shopping appointments, live social media broadcasts and short videos posted on your profile or story. Connecting directly with your customers is an excellent way to develop stronger relationships and brand loyalty while reassuring your customers that you care about their customer service needs.

The different body physiology of the customer portfolio living in Turkey misleads the customer about the products. Since the clothes (accessories, etc.) are purchased without being tried on, return cargoes occur for reasons such as not fitting the size etc. (Returns rate 35%) Return cargoes result in a cost and workload for the seller and dissatisfaction and also workload for the customer.

Since the products have been tried many times by different customers, the problem of hygiene and wear and tear arises. Cleaning of tested products imposes extra costs on companies. It is important for an e-commerce system to meet the customer's/user's desire to make a combination while shopping for clothes. Complementary products cannot be combined, and the user/customer will want to see the options they can combine.

People want to get ideas from their family and friends about how the clothes they try on while shopping for textiles look on them, and they want to evaluate the clothes or options they like. For this reason, these requests of users cannot be met in online shopping, which creates customer dissatisfaction. Likewise, users/customers want to support their shopping by giving ideas to their acquaintances, friends and relatives, and they want to create and give ideas for their own shopping. This desire cannot be realized in e-commerce.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The invention relates to an application method of e-commerce through 3D modeling of a human image, which is designed to be used in e-commerce applications of all sectors, especially in the textile sector, enables the virtual dressing, fitting and placement of products on the person through the creation of a real-time 3D dimensional image by entering the one-to-one measurements of the person or by uploading the person's image to the system, brings the comfort and advantages of the real shopping experience to the virtual environment on shopping sites.

The aim of the invention is to provide a method that allows people/users to try on the product they want to buy while shopping for clothes and accessories, and also to allow their friends and relatives to comment on how this product looks on them after trying on the product.

Another aim of the invention is to provide a method that increases efficiency for both users and sellers, shippers and other sectors and persons providing services thanks to the method that allows them to try on clothes and accessories virtually. Another aim of the invention is to provide a method that realizes the function of requesting comments and evaluations of friends and relatives as well as the function of making comments and evaluations to friends and relatives when trying on clothes and accessories by the user.

Within the textile e-commerce application method through 3D modeling of the human image of the invention, there are a total of 6 modules as described above. These modules allow the user to experience how the product looks virtually on itself while shopping within the method from the beginning to the end of the inventive method. The user can show to their friends or relatives how the outfits or accessories they have tried on themselves look and get their opinions. In addition, they can also comment on the products that their friends or relatives have experienced virtually and express their opinions about the product. In the method of the invention, when the weight value is entered, the distribution of increases and decreases to other body measurements can be estimated, so the user can use this instead of re-entering body measurements if desired (also applies to sizes S/M/L).

Modeling can only be made according to size. This field needs to be activated by the user and is optional.

Within the scope of personal security, if desired, the information can be kept in the database for a short period of time and can then be deleted, saved and used in future transactions or as an archive in the future.

For example, the user has put the selected items in the e-changing room before the basket. There is a black skirt in size 36 and a blue shirt in size 38 in the e- changing room; she tried on these clothes, the skirt was too tight. The user can also see the colors and sizes of the product available in the changing room. The changing room assistant tells her that the skirt is too tight and that a brown skirt would fit under the blue one and asks her where she would wear it; based on her answer, it suggests a shoe for her using cookies and the database.

Within the scope of the invention, the electronic devices that enable the entry of data into the method provide access to the modules that the user selects according to his/her needs by scrolling through each other and to the details within these modules, where users make their selections and data entry and viewing, by means of tabs.
