Abstract:
A dye mixing device for textile printing and dyeing, comprising a mixing tank, fixing supports, a baffle, a mixing cylinder, and a rotating shaft. Quantitative feeding cylinders having graduation lines are provided on the mixing cylinder installed on the mixing tank; a feeding hopper is provided on each feeding cylinder; the quantitative feeding cylinders are communicated with the mixing cylinder by means of second pipes; an end cover is provided on each feeding hopper; a material spraying pipe is provided at the top of the mixing tank; a temperature sensing device and a heating device are provided in the mixing tank; supporting members and a discharging port provided with a discharging valve are provided on the bottom surface of the mixing tank; a stirring piece is provided inside the mixing tank; the stirring piece comprises an upper stirring plate, a lower stirring plate, and a connecting shaft; the connecting shaft achieves connection to form the stirring piece; the rotating shaft is connected to a power device; a shaft sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the connecting shaft; one end of each of multiple fixing supports is connected to the shaft sleeve, and the other ends of the multiple fixing supports are separately connected to the inner wall of the mixing tank; the baffle is located on one side in the mixing tank. The dye mixing device can quantitatively obtain different dyes and quickly mix same according to a certain mixing proportion.
