Abstract:
A dust-proof thermal control device for a hydraulic cylinder and a method for applying a dust-proof thermal control device to dust proofing and thermal control. The device comprises a fixed sleeve (3), an annular fan mechanism (4), a sealing end cover (7), and a dust cover (8). The fixed sleeve (3) sleeves on a peripheral wall of a cylinder body (1) of a hydraulic cylinder. The annular fan mechanism (4) sleeves on the fixed sleeve (3). The sealing end cover (7) is disposed on an end portion of the cylinder body (1). A piston rod (2) of the hydraulic cylinder passes through the sealing end cover (7) and the dust cover (8). The dust cover (8) is fixed on the piston rod (2). The annular fan mechanism (4), the dust cover (8), and the hydraulic cylinder define an internal space. A side wall of the dust cover (8) is provided with an opening in communication with the internal space. A filter (6) is mounted on the opening. The device and method of the invention have a desirable dust-proof and thermal control effect on reciprocating telescopic hydraulic cylinders.
