Abstract:

A dust cover for a steering shaft installed on a body so as to be brought into contact with the steering shaft to protect the steering shaft against dirt and slurry, comprising a tubular contact member (11) coming into contact with the steering shaft (2) while sliding on the rotating steering shaft (2) and a tubular reinforcement member (12) for reinforcing the tubular contact member installed on the radial outside of the tubular contact member, wherein the portion of the tubular contact member in contact with the steering shaft is coated or baked with a low friction material or the tubular contact member itself is formed of the low friction material.
