Abstract:
According to the present invention, a dust collector diaphragm valve capable of performing a manual emergency operation has a structure in which, whenever an emergency operation switch is manually pushed during the malfunctioning of a pulse operation signal or a solenoid valve for operating the diaphragm valve, an internal pressure drop due to an instantaneous air discharge causes internal uniform pressure of a diaphragm valve to be disturbed, thereby allowing control to be performed such that a rubber plate provided between a body and a cover of the diaphragm valve instantaneously retreats and then returns (moves forward), and thus, since dedusting work can be manually performed according to the determination of a manager, lifespan shortening of a filtering filter can be prevented in advance by preventing, in advance, urgent stopping of an operation in the middle of an operation of the dust collector and simultaneously preventing the filtering filter from approaching a limited differential pressure.
