Abstract:
The dust collection device according to one aspect of the present invention is provided with a trapping unit and a maintenance unit. The trapping unit is capable of trapping particles contained in a gas, by passing the gas containing the particles through the unit. The maintenance unit separates the particles trapped by the trapping unit to the upstream side in the direction of flow of the gas from a portion of the trapping unit, the location of the portion of the trapping unit where the particles are separated being changeable.
